My go to place always.. the friendly staff n the clean comfy room..

The room was very clean and met my expectation. After long hours of travel, it was an ideal place for resting and recharging -- especially after a long trip. Everything in the room was well organized and with good quality.

It is a bit far from KLCC and it takes sometime to make there, especially during rush hours.

have mention got coffee maker, but inside the room do not have provide. not same as the introduction facilities given in the family deluxe room. and also do not have the refrigerator.

Spacious hotel, no mini fridge however. Overall the stay was okay, could improve a bit on customer service by being more welcoming. That's all.

Pleasant

The hotel was overall okay for my stay. The room was adequately sized, though I was immediately disappointed to smell smoke upon entering, despite this being advertised as a non-smoking property. The bed was comfortable enough and provided a decent night's sleep. The cleanliness was acceptable in most areas, though the lingering smoke odor definitely detracted from the experience. If management could address the smoke issue, this would be a much more pleasant place to stay. While it served its basic purpose for accommodation, I would probably look elsewhere next time unless I could be guaranteed a truly smoke-free room.

It is located at a very big commercial area. A lot of shops and restaurants. My family was there for a wedding reception at Rumah Abang Jamil. Very convenient!

Limited free parking spaces. Free parking on weekends, so.. no problem..

Quite near to Subang airport, although it is not walking distance, you can reach there in 10 minutes by grab.

The communication with hotel could be improved. We need to late check in (after 12am) and booking required to contact hotel separately if not booking will be cancelled. I tried many times but can call the hotel which quite frustrating.

Location is good for me

Getting a bit run down. Good if can renew all the towels Missing wardrobe or at least provide more rack and hangers

Lot parking for guest very limited.i’ve got summon at 9ambefore 1/2 hour to checkout.

The room size is ok

We stayed for 2 nights but no housekeeping. Bed were not made and sampah were not collected. They only drop new towels

Hotel very near the subang airport. Very recommended if looking for a cheap accommodation stay overnight for next day flight at subang. Hotel location is easy to find. And it's surrounding a lot of shops and eateries, very convenient.

Hotel got reserved few parking lot for free parking and it's limited first come first serve. Nearby a lot of parking lot but need download apps, reload & pay parking using that apps. Given us non smoking room but once open the room, whole room smell of smoke.

Loved the location and the bathtub. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious

1. We only had tea - shud add coffee 3 n 12. The fridge didn't work - some of our food spoilt

Clean and near to airport

Room is a bit small. And the alley is a bit like a maze

1st time in Rawang. Last minute booking. Just to spend the night to sleep. Comfortable enough.

Didn't know there was no free parking. We got a ticket for parking outside the hotel. Received a message after booking regarding the auto cancellation if we didn't check in by 6pm. Sent us in a panic mode as we're with 2 toddlers and worried we can't find a place to spend the night. We made the last minute booking at 5pm and was on our way to dinner. No response from the hotel after replying to their message. Had to get a local friend to call the reception to confirm our booking and will be doing a late check-in. Thankfully it was resolved and confirm.Ironing board and iron were locked along the corridor. Had to go out of the room to iron clothes. Would be more convenient if it was in the room. Overall, if you're not picky and just need a place to stay for the night, and for the price, I guess it's okay. Thank you for the stay.

Relatively close to airport with a selection of restaurants near by.

The room (2015) was incredibly small for the price paid. The cost was 15% more than advertised.
